Ain Shams University renews its commitment to improve the quality of education and holds its 2021-2022 e-exam for the Faculty of Nursing using Qorrect e-exams system, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.
Keen to stay firm to their plan over several years to develop the educational system and effectively evaluate students implementing e-exams, the university partnered with Qorrect to apply its e-examination process at all its faculties, including the Faculty of Nursing.
On January 1,2022, the first e-exams for fourth year students at the Faculty of Nursing began, held at the laboratories of the Faculty of Al-Alsun.
To help make the examination process easier for all students, the e-exams were held under the supervision of the following:
- Prof. Dr. Sahar Mousa, Dean of the College of Nursing
- Prof. Dr. Sahar Yassin, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs
- Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Aal, director of the Education Development Department at the university
- Prof.Dr. Reham Attia, director of the Central Unit for Measurement and Evaluation
- Prof. Dr. Magdy Shaaban, Director of the University’s Electronic Test Center
- Prof. Dr. Fatima Atta, Director of the Electronic Services Unit at the College of Nursing
- Asmaa Abdel Rahman, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College
Ain Shams University made great efforts inspecting the examination laboratories carefully and providing all the necessary equipment at the highest levels of efficiency to ensure that the exams run smoothly and without any defects or malfunctions affecting students while taking the e-exam.
The university also made sure to apply all precautionary measures and social distancing to ensure the safety of students and exam invigilators .
The Faculty of Nursing at Ain Shams University, following the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, partnering with Qorrect for the third year, aspires to implement a successful examination process using Qorrect e-assessment system to improve the educational process and reach the best results, whether for students or professors.
